Firehouse Subs Southcenter Shopping Center

Food is excellent, but I find myself, and my wife must always listen to the staff who complain.

Love their sandwiches, but if I get one home, the bungalow is usually soggy when I get home.

I work with doordash and I get orders for firehouse subs.. I got a order with 3 drinks and 3 sandwiches nobody offered a drink carrier the man that brought my food just sits it down in front of me and walks off does not say here is your order thank you for coming have a nice day nothing very rude another guy hands me 4 empty cups I had to fill the cups for my order I didn't know we was supost to fill are customers drinks it's okay just please let us know and don't just hand me cups and not say nothing very rude.. I have never ate here I would like to try it but service like that I don't know ?

This is absolutely the worst sandwich place, I ordered here before and the cheese was melted away from the meats where you has no cheese. I spoke with the General Manager and he would not satisfy me in any way. I placed my order which has two meats, cheese, mayo and Deli Mustard. I requested for the cheese be put on after the meats were heated and extra pastrami. I was told the total weight should be 11 oz. by the the General Manager, Look at the pictures, I know my weights and the meats are sliced so thin it's amazing there is no way my $15 sandwich had 11oz. Never Again

I had tried Fireside Sub's another time, and I didn't care, but this sandwich completely changed my mind. It was delicious. I've got the Italian and added banana peppers. I ordered on doorstep and this sandwich was not so good. I couldn't design my sandwich as I did in the app. If you order ease do this from the app.
