River Moon - Horsham

Recently relocated to the area, we chose to dine at this restaurant for a pleasant evening out. The food was exceptional, made with fresh and flavorful ingredients. We will definitely return in the future. The service was good, scoring a 4 out of 5. The overall atmosphere was also enjoyable, earning a rating of 4. The cost per person for dinner was between £90-100.

Avoid this restaurant if you have dietary restrictions. Unfortunately, my second visit was not as pleasant as the first. I confirmed twice that my dish was vegan-friendly, but halfway through the soup, I began to feel ill and discovered a piece of chicken in it. I politely asked for the dish to be removed from the bill as I could no longer eat it. Despite the menu indicating gluten-free options and double-checking with the server, I had a gluten reaction and have been sick since leaving the restaurant. The server's attitude was also unpleasant for no apparent reason. When I asked to confirm that my main dish was the vegan option, she replied with a dismissive comment. I will not be returning to this restaurant. It is a shame because the food is delicious (and filling), and the service is warm and friendly. Overall, a lovely and relaxing dining experience. They are able to accommodate vegans and clearly mark gluten-free options on the menu. However, they were unable to cater to my dietary restrictions despite their menu claims.

Chanced across this little gem after a knackering day on the water. Weren't we lucky? Absolutely delicious Thai food. We ate pretty much the whole menu and loved every dish. Would definitely recommend. They were very accommodating for a coeliac too. Dietary restrictions: Good for gluten free. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
