McDonald's - Hornsby

When was i not allowed to order 2 free coffees from the rewards card?Got treated as if i was cheating the system. The manager who worked their today who wore a teal/green shirt instantly said "You stamped it yourself, i'm not dumb". isn't that a bit too quick to assume that i am wrong?I was only allowed 1 free drink even though it clearly said i can have 2 free coffees. Still bought food and the extra coffee i had to pay for. Very disappointed with the service from the manager. Never again am i coming to this McDonalds.

My husband and I visited McDonalds with my brother for lunch on Anzac Day and we all ordered 'create your taste'. Our meals only took around 10 minutes to arrive and both the burgers and fries were extremely fresh. The staff who brought our meals out were also very friendly and professional and they also offered us help with using the 'create your taste' touch screen menus. Whilst more pricey than their regular menu, the 'create your taste' option lets you customize your own burger without feeling rushed. The presentation of the meal is also great, with your burger presented on a wooden board and your fries in a little chip basket. Overall the food was delicious and the service friendly, the only thing that could of been improved was the cleanliness of the store with the table next to us remaining dirty the entire time we were there.

This is a good McDonalds. Quite large and plenty of different types of seating. The children's playground is fantastic and very well placed for you to eat while the children play, if they want to do so.

It's really nice to see a McDonalds were the franchisee actually is working hard to make it work. It's been remodelled. Investments been made in making the place work.

Thornleigh lacked parking outside and tables inside, the restaurant was very crowded and noisy, so we left and went just a little further up the road to Waitara.We parked on the street, the restaurant wasn't overly crowded and we were served promptly. We had the breakfast menu. Food and coffee were just average.The restrooms and dining areas were not good! I had to ask for a table to be cleared and cleaned before we could seat ourselves. During holiday season there are definitely more staff on duty... so why isn't there more attention to detail?
