The boy who worked the window this evening was rude and wounded me and laughing because he couldn't get my order. He screamed, I told you to hold you and forgive me for coming back to the line and then go back to the window. I told him it was his fault. He pretended to attack someone. I refused to come back and the superior came and took my order. She told him to stop running his mouth. He told her he was? He's ruined and has to be fired.

The food was fresh and hot but the service sucks the young lady did not know how to take my order

We came here tonight after swearing never again, months ago. Big mistake. ONE, yall take forever per car. TWO, we never get the sauces we ask for. Why do I have to choose the sauces we want in the app when yall are too lazy to put them in the bag? This food is too d@mn bland to not have any sauce. Rude, slow and lazy @f. Never again. Fr this time!

Captain D's changed the fish they bought. The fish isn't good anymore. That just had to mess up a good thing! Just like a lot of other fast food chains. They start out good. Then they switch to cheaper food and staff that can't cook.
