Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

The patty melt was not good and the fries were hard

I ordered two of my meals with onion rings and they gave me fries instead. I paid more for onion rings so got screwed because these meals are already expensive

The food was delicious, but the staff was not very professional and could of had better service. Also, restaurant was extremely dirty and the floor, tables, drink and condiment areas all could use a good cleaning. First time eating here and would come back only because the food was good.

This was my first time at Freddy's and I personally did not care for the food. But I had one of the best customer service experiences that night. The guy that waited on me was very friendly and welcoming and all the workers that night were all very nice.

Adam, our cashier reminded me of my $10.00 off and told us of the free ice cream on Monday. Food was good and came out in a timely manner. Would come back again.
