Bidra med feedbackNo ice rink on earth brings this much care into its recipes and the responsible and sustainable ingredients. I look forward to the new addition of grass fed cow's milk ice cream. With this concern to be the treatment of animals that they have grown pasture and therefore the dairy products of happy cows are eaten with healthy fatty acids like our ancestors, just the way we eat. Also the beet ice cream and coconut milk they use is for dying. There is no place like Gorge kitchen!
Sara and Dave's personal mission to deliver the finest quality on site in the gorge is inspiring. They value health as the highest priority. They serve the best ice I ever tasted. As a special treat, we travel from Portland to visit the gorge and stop for a few coconut-cheese ice cream!
There is simply no other place that brings so much loving care to the production of their ice cream. Sara had her own health fights, so she can really sympathise with those of us who can't have gluten or milk. And if aromas have milk, it comes from the best possible source. Thanks for doing this great and amazing job. ================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================
This hole in the wall gemstone is great! I was so excited to get a gluten-free waffle cone for the first time, as gluten-free. The ice is great. Try the roasted marshmallow for a real treat.
This is the place to get real ice cream- coconut based (non-dairy) ice cream that will make you dream of it for days. Don't forget the waffle cone, so delicious. The best desert in the Gorge.
