Starbucks - Honolulu

Great customer service, friendly and my drink was made so fast! So happy to have the last set of hot cups.

Cashier was nice and the store seems very clean .i ordered a iced white mocha with . generally you would get whipped cream with a dome lid with it but my server forgot the whipped cream and when i asked about it all he did was put a little bit and used a flat top definitely not what i thought i was getting and also i was in a rush so i wasn?t able to dwell on the details.

The team members at this location are always friendly and in a good mood. Today Kyra really went the extra mile when helping us! Wanted to give her some props :

Try ordering anything in the morning . Always the same answer why they can't take orders they updating Updating what aren't you open 24hrs what updates are you performing. The menu is always the same . This place needs better management or don't stay open 24 hrs.if you need to keep updating whatever your trying to update.

I often frequent this Starbucks, it's one of my favorite to go to and the staff are always lovely. I didn't catch her name and I called hoping to, but the sweet woman at the cash register this morning, you were lovely and made my day! Great staff and service all around.
