A hole in the wall wonderful thai restaurant. FOOD: Fantastic dish. Order s&p curry and steamed rice. Asked for thai hot and it was decently spicy: Not crazy hot but burning hot. Good curry. Watery sauce but 90% of the curry sauce I tried were watery so still ok. LOCATION: Close to Shafter and relatively easy to find. No designated parking so find your own spot. PRICE: $18 for the curry, rice and Pepsi. I'd say average. SERVICE: friendly but they are short staff.

Delicious food at very reasonable price! Wide menu with lots of choices. We went as a group and everyone was beyond happy with their food. Workers are friendly and nice. Parking is a bit tight but that is about it! As of 30MAR22 no masks are required...but you never know when that might change. Update as of 30JUNE22: No masks, prices are unchanged and the food is still top notch. Spring rolls and fresh rolls are fantastic. Best fried rice in the world. Update as of 13SEPT23: Still open and serving the best fried rice on island. Highly recommend, will definitely be going back.

I have eaten at S&P kitchen twice, the Thai food is very authentic. They can make the food mild or Thai hot, we ate family style, and absolutely loved it. The Thai fried rice was excellent. The curry is delicious, and it's a quiet venue, not very crowded. Parking is on the street or in the back. They didn't rush the meal, and they ensured we were served in the most professional fashion. Highly rate this place!

Love the food but it would be nice if the Appetizers came out before the meal tho.

This restaurant is one of those great hole-in-the-wall places that has great food, friendly service, all at a great price. I 've never ordered something that I didn 't like here. The fact that it is a Thai restaurant owned and operated by Thai people makes the experience that much better. Did I mention that the prices are reasonable?
