Chick-fil-a - Homewood

We ordered 5 sandwiches. Unfortunately they only put 4 in the bag. Didn't check the bag until we got back to the house.

Terrible place. Running both lanes to order but not to hand out foods. When I did finally get my food they gave me the wrong stuff. Someone else’s medium food and a large drink which was not mine either. Took them way longer than it should have to finally bring me my food and as you can tell by the picture I’m pretty sure they just dumped the medium fry into a large container. I live 5 mins from there and the fries were already getting cold too. The young African Americans handing out food weren’t very people friendly and even seem annoyed that I wanted the food I actually ordered. All around terrible experience

Speakers at drive thru didn’t work. Man taking orders ignored an entire part of the line.

Loretzy truly exceeded my expectations on Saturday morning. She was incredibly professional and very helpful!

While I have concerns about Chick-fil-A's stance on certain issues, I can't deny that the food is still really delicious, so I tend to overlook those factors.
