Bidra med feedbackReally disappointed with the juice stand. Ordered four juices with a young lady at the counter. Gave me a pager with order #74. After 30 minutes and seeing a number of customers get their orders ahead of me, I went to ask. The young lady that took my order casually walked by and said oh yeah, your order did not go through , she smirked, turned around and walked away in a careless manner. I spent 30 minutes with a pager with order #74. She should have told me! she should have not given me an order number! She could have paged me to tell me...nobody offered to amend the issue. I would have preferred rudeness over having to deal with the contempt and neglect. I come from Seattle and I 've been looking forward to taking my kids to this place. I drove back to PBC empty handed. I really didn 't have a good feeling anymore. Very disappointed.
This restaurant came highly recommended by a friend, and while the concept is appealing, I found it to be extremely overpriced. We ordered one milkshake and two smoothies, which were just average and definitely not worth the $10 price tag each. The tacos we tried were dry and unexciting. On a positive note, the kids enjoyed seeing the parrots and other animals nearby. However, paying $5 for half a dragon fruit felt excessive. Overall, I won't be returning and wouldn't recommend this place to others. Additionally, the ladies' restroom was in poor condition.
It's a fantastic spot to grab a smoothie and some fresh fruit. Take a moment to observe the animals and stretch your legs before continuing on your way to your chosen destination.
You must try the milkshakes or smoothies. Salsa and guacamole both rock. Try some new fruit!
Robert is extremely knowledgeable about the fruit and is very helpful in selecting the perfect items for the journey home. The milkshakes are quite delicious as well. Plus, there's a small zoo on-site! A visit to the Keys wouldn't be complete without stopping here.
