Bidra med feedbackOur unlikely visit here was charming and pleasant. We entered as a party of 3, there was no waiting time, so we sat immediately and were soon greeted by our server. He has something from a Savoir fair that complements the lands elegance of the atmosphere. Sufficient to say we were very pleased at the departure. Our tip on our attentive server reflected this accordingly. High expectations were met! You should try this place, especially if you like cookies.
Flavorful food in a quaint atmosphere with lovely customer service. Check out is a bit of a hassle they apparently don't trust their wait staff to collect the bill and you'll have to wait online to check out.
We had a 3 star server who was excellant. We were seated next to the fire place. My favorite! The grits are outstanding and as far as I can tell, Cracker Barrel is the only place that offers this item after breakfast hours. The coffee is fresh all day and a perfect blend to accommodate either a non Starbucks or Starbucks coffee drinker. The corn bread is cooked to perfection and always a great addition to any meal with or without jam. Did I mention how much fun it was to shop for babies at Cracker Barrel. So much fun!
On my second visit, I enjoyed it even more than my first meal. The steak, along with the eggs and fried apples, were fantastic. I made a substitution and decided to try the perpetrators again. Overall, a much-improved experience!
We stopped at Cracker Barrel on our way to Vermont and it was our first time visiting this chain. The store was delightful, filled with many fantastic items to browse and purchase. After exploring the shop, we headed to the restaurant. Our server was exceptional, and the cookies we ordered were delicious! The food arrived quickly and was served hot. However, aside from the cookies, the rest of the meal was typical of what you'd expect from a chain restaurant. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and would definitely consider returning for breakfast in the future!
