Fera'wyn's Chocolate Cafe

I had been wanting to try this restaurant for a while and finally got the chance when I realized it was located in the same plaza as the UPS store. When I walked in, I was disappointed to see that despite there being two people behind the counter, no one greeted me. I went ahead and said hi as I checked out their menu. Since it was the end of the day, the food selection was limited. I ended up choosing a 4-pack of muffins and a few eclairs, which were all tasty but not exceptional enough for me to go out of my way for. One positive aspect was that everything was gluten-free, which is great for those who need it. However, I was put off by the lackluster service from the moment I entered until I left. It seemed like the staff didn't really want to be there or deal with customers. The woman who seemed to be the owner was on her way out while having a conversation with the employee helping me, and she also didn't greet me, which made me wonder if that was the norm there. Overall, it was a lackluster experience and I believe they could improve on their customer service.

Fera'wyn's Artisan Chocolate not only has the best chocolates but also has amazing coffee and hot cocoa. They also created my daughters 16th birthday cake (Paris theme) and they did an amazing job. Highly recommended them for a chocolate craving or a cake for an event.

The most decadent and delicious hot chocolate I have ever had! I’ve been thinking of it since I had it this past weekend and trying to plan my life around getting another one! Seriously, so delicious!

We have been twice now, we brought the kids this time. We each chose a different treat and we were all excitedly sharing saying “you’ve got to try this!”. I had the best eclair I have EVER HAD!

I love that the whole restaurant is gluten-free. It offers both indulgent and healthy options, all of which are delicious.
