Bidra med feedbackA few years ago, Andrea catered my husband's birthday party, and I've been meaning to share my thoughts ever since. I've noticed her at various breweries lately, which reminded me of my experience. Andrea was fantastic and helped me customize the menu to fit our budget while ensuring everyone had something they enjoyed. She prepared delicious quesadillas and sliders, and there was more than enough food, including tasty vegetarian options to complement the meat dishes. Everything was absolutely delicious!
This food truck was in Lancaster today, and it attracted a large crowd. While it's great for business to have so many customers, only having two servers was not. It took an hour and 15 minutes to receive two chicken wraps. They were decent, but definitely not worth such a long wait.
I opted for a cup of chili and the Pangea burger. The burger came with just a slice of tomato and a piece of lettuce; while additional toppings were available for an extra cost, I decided to try the burger without any extras. I could really taste the beef—it was lightly seasoned with pepper and salt, not greasy at all. It was juicy and flavorful, but it could use a bit more complexity. The bun was a sturdy burger roll that held up well and didn’t turn soggy from the juices, though it wasn’t homemade, which made it lack the refined touch that a fresh bun would offer. As for the chili, it was packed with meat, mostly beef and just a few chopped onions. I couldn't detect much else in terms of flavor. It had a signature chili seasoning and a tomato-onion base, but again, it lacked complexity. I even tried adding some chili on top of the burger, and while the combination worked well, it ended up being just more meat over meat, which wasn’t as exciting as I had hoped. Overall, Pangea serves a solid burger and decent chili, but it definitely needs more depth in its flavors. I would be inclined to order the burger again, but only if I had my own hot sauce and pickles to elevate the experience.
We recently attended Country Fest in Blackstone, MA, at Wojak's Farm and decided to eat at the Pangea Cuisine food truck. Wow! The beef brisket burrito was incredible, and my friend really enjoyed the vegetarian burrito. Andrea and the two young men assisting her took the time to chat with us and showed such passion for the food they prepare! We also want to thank them for their excellent service. The food was outstanding, and I can't wait to indulge in those burritos again. Absolutely delicious! A million stars!
I grabbed lunch from Pangea's food truck at a festival this weekend, and I couldn't have made a better choice! I'm not sure if the offerings were different from their regular menu, but the tacos and churro bites were fantastic. If they have the street corn available, you absolutely have to try it! Overall, it was a delicious and budget-friendly option for a quick, convenient lunch. The service was both fast and friendly! If Yelp allowed, I'd give it a 6 out of 5!
