Trinabops Cakery Coffee - Holbrook

We were here while we were at the Wigwam motel. Small but creative avocado heavy menu. We had delicious fresh croissant, ham and cheese sandwiches as well as an avocado toast with sunny eggs. Everything was great. Huge brownie was homemade, damp and decadent. Coffee was strong with an excellent selection of coffee and tea. Probably the most beautiful breakfast place in Holbrook. Give them a try!

Great place! Speciality coffee is great and food is super delicious! My favorite place for coffee since the move from the east coast. I miss the Cafe Vibe, good coffee and wifi availability. So I often come here! The owner is super friendly and always with your order. If you want to support local businesses, you will definitely stop here.

So many things go for this sweet place! Customer service was excellent. Friendly and helpful that alone it could be a rewarding place to spend money. But the baked treats are so good that it is like Icing on the cake (so to speak). Big and freshly made that very day, it was a sweet surprise hidden in this small town. The caramel Macchiato was also one of my favorites! Worth a visit! Go early for the contracts because they sell quickly. There is also a breakfast / lunch menu that we did not take part, but if the baked goods are any hint, I am sure it is delicious. Buy locals and support this great bakery!

The Carmel Macchiato is the best! and the cozy atmosphere is really sweet and secret. It is a great place for young adults and the selection of drinks is on site! great job guys to bring something sweet into this small town.

Wonderful little place. Decent coffee and excellent breakfast menu. They helped customize items to remove eggs and meat and make it vegetarian. The avacado toast and green chilly bread were really good. The baristas are very cooperative and always had a smile on their face. We didn't taste any cakes or pastries here, however we saw a couple people take away ordered birthday party cakes and heard them praise and appreciate their quality, so I am guessing they more mostly repeat customers.
