Tim Hortons - Hogansburg

I go there all the time the customer service is pretty good, sometimes my coffee order is inconsistent, sometimes its too sweet or too bitter

Love the people here. Love tim hortons the staff are sweet and kind orders are processed timely.

The workers are always new and always seem unmotivated and I haven?t gotten an order from there completely correct in a month.

Have yet to actually order food. I have no idea what the deal is. First time I was standing at the wrong end of the counter waiting to order coffee. Got yelled at. Gave up. Second time I waited and waited never ordered and gave up. I wish there was just coffee you could pour yourself. I probably wont try again. Cold coffee for the win

Isn't there supposed to be whipped cream on the cafe mocha in the picture? Why do I have to ask for it and pay extra? If I choose to order it, shouldn't the small size of whipped cream cost less than the large?
