Tim Hortons - Hogansburg

I visit this place frequently because the customer service is quite good. However, there are times when my coffee order doesn’t turn out right; sometimes it’s too sweet, and other times it’s too bitter.

I love the staff at this Tim Hortons! They are sweet and friendly, and my orders are always processed promptly.

Have yet to actually order food. I have no idea what the deal is. First time I was standing at the wrong end of the counter waiting to order coffee. Got yelled at. Gave up. Second time I waited and waited never ordered and gave up. I wish there was just coffee you could pour yourself. I probably wont try again. Cold coffee for the win

I ordered a sandwich that was supposed to have sauce, but it came without any. Despite that, it was still tasty. Unfortunately, they also got my soup order wrong. Since I live a half hour away, I couldn't go back to have it fixed. Additionally, the staff member wasn't very friendly.
