Ordered via Deliveryando and called 30 minutes after specified delivery time, as the order has not yet arrived. The Lord on the phone was extremely disrespectful and held a slash mare about personal affairs that had nothing to do with my order. Then he never announced to accept orders from me again and to take his shop out of Deliveryando. Conclusion was: no food received, therefore ordered elsewhere. Never again at Happy Food.Request: Chef called later and threatened me with the police because I allegedly insulted someone. Despite a clear discussion on my part, only accusations and aggressions came from their side. Says that all conversations are recorded, which is illegal without my consent, and was not mentioned in my phone call.The lady on the phone then ended the conversation in the middle of a sentence of me and no longer reported. Since she had called from a private number I could not call back.

Tastefully always good. Delivery times and service unfortunately catastrophic. Give 90 minutes waiting time, after over 2 hours the food was not yet there. Chutney is either all or forget. Shame!
