Thank you so much Riverside. I have just taken my father in law out for the 1st time since lockdown. The process is so calm and controlled and confidence building for an 87 year old who has been stuck inside. You are doing an amazing job!!

Excellent café. A delightful discovery. Lunches are delicious. The service is a bit slow, but there are plenty of tables so it's understandable. The variety of cakes is impressive, and the portion sizes are huge. They are almost as big as my head! The staff is truly wonderful. Overall rating: Food 5, Service 5, Atmosphere 5. Meal type: Lunch. Price per person: £10-20.

Riverside Nursery in Hockley is a delightful nursery, garden centre, shop, and cafe all rolled into one. Not only do they have beautiful Christmas decorations, but they also offer a special post box where you can send letters to Santa. The best part? You receive a personalized reply from Santa, complete with specific gift suggestions from your list, as well as a lovely little gift such as make-your-own decorations. All they ask for in return is a donation to charity, which you can easily drop in the charity pot next to the postbox. This heartwarming gesture truly put a smile on our faces and we highly recommend paying them a visit. Thank you, Riverside!
