Dunkin' - Hoboken

New staff in the front are so RUDE! Patrons have to greet them and say good morning, thank you etc. they stare at you in silence and walk back and forth while you wait to be taken care of without a word. So strange!!!!!!

This place has gone to hell. I wait regularly for 10 minutes for mobile order and this is 5 minutes after I placed it. Just today walked in 15 min after an order. Nothing there. Asked what was going on and they just stood there with no urgency. Theplace has to stop hiring unsupervised kids to run a store for adults. Going to keep a running tab on wait times: 7/11/22 -Ordered at 417pm. Served at 435

The new staff at the front of the restaurant are quite rude. As a customer, you feel compelled to greet them and say things like "good morning" or "thank you," while they merely stare in silence and move back and forth without saying a word. It's quite odd!

They serve an excellent cup of coffee. The girl with shoulder-length hair who works in the mornings is fantastic.

I evaporated with dunkin after they have dropped their donuts, they pay a premium price for these little things and they continue to raise prices. must have something to do with the new company property. they should change the names to dinkee donuts, it is more accurate.
