Starbucks - Hobbs

Ordered off the mobile app said it was 4-7 minutes. Got to the location and it was busy took 45 minutes to get to the drive through speaker. After stating I had a mobile order they stated it was ready and to pull forward. It then took almost another 30 minutes for me to get to the window and for the staff to tell me they couldn't make my order. I honestly feel like this location has gone down hill from what I remember it to be.

Today the counter girls at Desert Hills Electric Supply are grateful for the amazing tasting coffee but the kind words of encouragement was the highlight! We appreciate that so much!

The ladies working there today have the best attitude I have seen in a very long time around here!

Passing through to Seminole and made a mobile order. They were very slow two cars ahead of us and took forever. Then we got our drinks our hot chocolate tasted like water and my coffee was awful very watered down no flavor and they had workers in there and was not busy like it is. Very awful do not stop at this Starbucks. Gives Starbucks a bad name. Never have I ever been to a Starbucks in many towns different places be like this one.
