Bidra med feedbackNo. We had hope that this place would be worth the money. In our experience, casinos usually have delicious food. You know? They want to keep you there. We were very disappointed at Centennial Steakhouse. The only good part was the soup. The potatoes were salty. We ordered our steaks medium well. They were medium rare, hard to cut and chew and ZERO taste. I didn't even eat half of it. We should have known when we saw the lack of cartridges on Saturday night. So save your money and go somewhere else. SOLID NO.
Some things were okay and some things were? Bread is dry and hard. Scallops were well cooked. Good soup. Salate? Okay. A special thing that didn't make sense was how different in size my father and me were salmon? he even asked where the other half of his was and the waitress said that?s like them. Even if this is the case, they would have chosen at least the same size salmon for our LOL table. My parents and my husband brought me here for a birthday dinner? will not eat here again. We don't care to pay a high dollar for food, but it wasn't worth it here. Would you rather eat in Texas Roadhouse or Chili?
Everything on the menu was over price and the food wasn't all great, but since I paid for it, I ate it anyway. I wouldn't recommend this place.
Our experience was very disappointing. I ordered the sea bass and had to return it because the fish had a strong ammonia-like odor. The waitress, at first, tried to say that all sea bass has that odor. It doesn't! I do not recommend this place at all.
Best steakhouse in Hobbs great stafff and vibes and atmosphere was good and my server was great and food was cooked perfectly would definitely return to eat here again.
