Retro Fudge Bar - Hobart

This restaurant is absolutely stunning with eye-catching decorations on their shelves. The dining area is a good size for customers. We were pleasantly surprised by how delicious the food was, considering it was just a spontaneous decision to eat here. We ordered the Egg Mushroom and Chicken Mushroom dishes, which looked similar in the photos but tasted completely different. Definitely worth trying out, you'll love it. The Chai Latte and Oreo shake we had were also very good. Overall, we enjoyed our experience here and would not hesitate to return.

The service and dumplings were amazing!! Our server was very nice and offered us popular flavours of fudge to try. The dumplings were juicy, tender and fresh, the atmosphere was cute and relaxing and the music was not too loud. They weren’t skimpy with the whipped cream on the milkshake either. Wonderful!

The Retro Fudge Bar is one of my top cafe picks in Hobart. It has a lovely and stylish atmosphere, with great service. They offer a diverse and tasty menu, including dumplings with a special spicy sauce and Japanese matcha green tea. I love getting my cappuccinos and almond croissants from here. And their selection of homemade fudge is a must-try for dessert or as a gift.

Great coffee, tasty fudge (Rum Raisin is my favourite flavour), and nice service. Egg Benedict with extra chicken is really delicious, have to choose the mushroom, sooooooo yummy!!! Highly recommended!!!

I am writing this review because of the very hospitable staff. Nice behaviour and very good vibes. I am not a big fan of fudge so I wont rate on that but I appreciate their customer service. Thanks.
