This hotel is beautiful. the old world charm is perfectly well maintained and so beautiful. the bar was especially divine, we called for some pre-dinner drinks and then, when we came back, we called for a nightcap and played a bit backgammon. I would have spent many hours before the kamin, who enjoys this place. our room was beautifully decorated, very spacious and very clean. the shower was excellent. the staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the man behind the bar. we would stay here definitiw again, a very special place and surprisingly affordable.

We had a very comfortable stay at this location. The service was excellent, and the room was beautiful. I particularly appreciated the follow-up service. A couple of items were accidentally left behind in our room during checkout, but after a quick phone call, they promptly arranged to send them back to us in the mail, and we received them safely. The hotel is stunning, and the room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and very helpful. On our last day, I wasn't feeling well, and they kindly extended our booking beyond the check-out time at no extra charge, allowing me to rest until it was time to head to the airport. Thank you!

We had an amazing room with a complimentary upgrade that offered a beautiful view of the garden. The staff was fantastic in every way, and the lounge bar is a perfect spot for pre-dinner drinks. A special thanks to George, who left a lovely gift for us in our room to celebrate our jubilee.

We stayed only one night at Lenna; moving there after the other hotel we had booked was unsuitable. Lenna was superb, an old-world heritage building attached to an accommodation block with all the conveniences. Staff at Reception were most helpful and cheerful, and the breakfast was good. There is a laundry room to get your wash done in an hour; don't forget to climb up to the Lookout Point in the main building for panoramic views of the city and harbor. The location, just off bustling Salamanca Place and the waterfront, is ideal; a 10-12 minute walk if you want to go up to Elizabeth Mall and other shopping in the CBD.
