Domino's Pizza - Hixson

I waited until after 3 messed up orders to review. On the app it shows that your food is out of the oven. It has taken over two hours 3 times to receive my food! No phone call or heads up, then I received wrong order and cold food! When I called the manager to have her send the right food to me she hung up!! When I called back they refused to answer!! Next time I ordered they made me wait over two hours and then cancelled my order! I’m going to report to corporate because this is unprofessional and unacceptable at this point. Every time I call they ignore the call which is such terrible customer service.

This Domino's Pizza location is in an older upscale area of Chattanooga. The houses are well kept for the most part. The public is always busy with walkers, runners, and customers. They visit throughout the area, patronizing other businesses . It is a safe , and continuously growing as a prominent area. At Domino's you guys will pick up , and they will bring it to your . Great customer service . They also deliver within a reasonable area. They have been around, and still provide delicious pizza. The pizza Wars have grown, but Domino's continue to hold their own weight . I won't go into a lot of details. You guys already know. If you have not tried their wings delicious . Of course bread sticks are always a winner . They sale traditional drinks . Sorry guys no alcohol included . It's great to order for ball teams, camps, watching sport, and students, along with faculty and staff. Do it today , don't delay. I love Chatt Town Mr. C

Have not ordered in awhile.. because the last time it was not what I ordered.. had delivered.. this one was great..the last one before this one was free delivery but they changed me for it online..

Ordered through the app. Got a call 30-40 minutes in that I accidentally ordered to the Lake site location. Bear in mind that I got a call from the Hixson location (so how would they know anyway? . Checked my email. I did not mistakenly order at the wrong location. I guess since they're that dumb they thought I was too. Oh well. I'm a Pizza Hut boi now.

Placed order an hour and a half ago, pizza has been on the quality check line for over an hour... Called to see if it was a glitch but nope, delivery driver still isn't even back at the store yet to get it. It'll be so cold by the time it gets here... Sure you can heat it up in the oven but isn't the point that you order a pizza so you don't have to cook it yourself?
