Nasty environment everything was sticky chairs,table,floor no service had to leave before I got waited on

Service is garbage waited 45 minutes at my table for a drink wasn’t even busy Food came out cold fries were soggy

Good prices,good food.service was a breath of fresh air to have such good service as I'm a truck driver and it getting rare Parking: Please try to keep it clean drivers don't be a slob your mom doesn't work here

There was only 1 person in the restaurant And there was 7 in my party. It took over 1 hour to get our food. We had to keep asking the waitress for refills. We ordered appetizers and she never brought them. I had to ask for them. They brought in the appetizers 5 min before the food. Very disappointed in the service!!!!

So we decided give it a try as we had heard good things. What a train wreck!! Yes... it's Sat night at 7:45. Special is a ribeye steak loaded baked potato and salad bar. I understand they are busy. Waited for a table. Waited for a waitress. After ordering and waiting again, waitress brings us salad plates. After finishing salad, our waitress returns and informs us they are out of baked potatoes. Change our choice of sides and return to waiting. 8:45 we finally get our food. Ribeye (ordered medium) is the thinnest one I have ever had set in front of me and was not even remotely pink inside. Wife's sirloin (ordered medium well) is rare red inside. Rather than wait another 45 minutes for correction we offered to pay for the salad and drinks and just leave. Asked to speak to a manager at check out and was told they weren't available. We will not be back. Doubt they will miss us. *edit to add: the checkout girl DID comp us the salad and drinks.
