A delicious hole in the wall that has me kicking myself for not checking out sooner. The shop always caught my eye whenever we were in Hinesville. Sandwich was delicious and came with a healthy serving of meat just as a base! Highly recommend. The most authentic cheesesteak outside of Philly. While the bread doesn't seem to be Amoroso's, it's pretty damn close. To the point where I'm second guessing myself. It might actually be Amoroso's. I'll ask next time we go. They even have the techniques down. Most places I order a cheesesteak from outside of Philly will put the cheese on top of the sandwich. These ladies obviously know that's not correct. Cheese goes on the meat, then bread, then flip it. They crushed it. Yes, the restaurant is small and there's not a lot of seats, but the food was excellent and the ladies running the show were super friendly to the point where I'm not sure they are from Philly. Definitely coming back again and again. Thank y'all!
