Mcdonald's - Hinckley

Well its McDonald 's same plain food sence forever but there one employee there a young guy who helped us out some time ago ended up with a free meal we were owed that at least for how many times something was missing in our order the food is a filler but that kid makes a pointbto say hi talk to us and give me back a hard time like i give him if i had his name id sugest the he be trained to be a manager or public relations agent the food id give a 2 rating being very generous but the exspence ill give that store and our treatment by 1 employee a 4 , 4.5 next time im there im getting his name to post he desurves a promotion raise and to be recognized as a leader in that feild of work !

New McDonald's interior, upscale, modern vibe. Several self order kiosks but you can still order at the counter which is much easier. Food is delivered to your table, no tipping required. Just be sure to grab your drink cup when you order. As a former employee and long time enjoyer of burgers, the Hinckley McDonalds is definitely one of the best I've been to. Very good service and for fast food, the quality is usually good. They obviously make mistakes but it's nothing that won't get fixed if you simply just ask. The management and staff are awesome, and the store is almost always very clean. (Save for a very busy day with not a lot of employees working) Great place to go.
