This restaurant seems to thrive on creating a competitive atmosphere among its customers. The sign says "no line," but it was totally chaotic. There was a decent crowd, and some people were cutting in front of others while the servers prioritized certain customers who had only just arrived, leaving those who had been waiting for a while frustrated. Should customers who have been patiently waiting need to speak up against those who are cutting in? This wasn't a one-time issue; it happened frequently, and many people were clearly irritated. When we brought it to the staff's attention, they were dismissive. Additionally, the ice cream isn’t homemade—it’s trucked in, so it lacks originality.

I have to admit I’m quite puzzled by all the positive reviews. While they do offer a wide variety of flavors, I found most of the ones I tried to be underwhelming. The store utilizes a no-line system where you simply catch the attention of the staff to place your order. This sounds good in theory, but in practice, it can be very frustrating. It often takes a long time to get your order in, especially when more aggressive customers can just waltz in and get served right away. However, the real disappointment for me is the pricing.

The ice cream is delicious, but the service leaves something to be desired. The lack of a line policy creates a bit of chaos inside, and it can be challenging to get the attention of the staff when it gets busy. It would have been beneficial if the employees were more attentive during busy times; I noticed a few of them joking around and taking their time with tasks like refilling tubs, instead of focusing on the fact that there were many customers, including families with young children, waiting for assistance.

The ice cream was yummy and there was plenty of variety. We had a hard time getting to the counter to order because the place was very busy and hey don?t have people line up to be served. It?s hard to see all the flavors with folks pressed up again the glass all around try to order
