Bidra med feedbackI had some trouble placing my order because they didn't answer the phone, and I couldn't place an online order either. I understand they might be short-staffed, but I think it would be helpful if they brought in staff from other locations. I really enjoy their pizza, so I hope they can resolve the online ordering issue soon, as it's the most convenient option. Thank you, and God bless!
Based on the comments I've seen, it seems that the restaurant is under new management, or perhaps there's a difference in service between the day and evening shifts. Regardless, I had a fantastic experience with the manager and the staff. I've never seen a pizza place so clean! They really elevated my gluten-free order, and it was amazing! The person with whom I left my feedback mentioned that the store was in a terrible state when he took over, and it’s clear that he and his team have put in a lot of effort to restore it to its proper condition. I will definitely return if he's in charge! We placed our order after 6 PM on Thursday, October 6th, 2022.
If I could give this less than 1 star I would. Ordered pizza at 8:10. Never got past order being prepped. Tried to call store after 9. Put on hold for 20 minutes and then hung up on. Drove to store and it's closed. Never had a problem with Dominosbefore. Worst store ever. Will get my money back .
I tried multiple times to contact them, but no one picked up until today, September 23rd. When I finally got through, the employee told me they no longer deliver to my area, which is less than half a mile from the store. I mentioned that I was at work on South Forest Beach, which is even closer. The manager then came on, promptly told me that he wouldn’t honor the free pizza from the email and accused me of lying to scam him if I didn’t have a code. He spoke to me in a dismissive manner, treating me more like a nuisance than a valued customer. Overall, this experience left me very disappointed.
Pizza took over two hours to get to my address. The driver Kurt hit my car delivering the pizza. He provided his name and contact, however I reached out twice via phone and text with no reply. I tried to contact the store, however I was hold for 30minutes with no one picking up the phone. The store manager never reached out. I will never order from Dominoes again.Contacting the better business bureau on Monday to complain about my car being hit by the dominoes driver. Order at your ownrisk
