Bidra med feedbackBad Biscuit is the bomb if you want a real honesty to be careful of Biskuit! The food is phenomenal. The shrimps and grits are absolutely delicious. These are definitely cat head biscuits so bring your appetite. If you're hungry, it's your own fault!! The restaurant is super clean and very welcoming. The owner and the staff are exceptional. They are also very knowledgeable about the area and gave us some great tips to enjoy our holiday.
I read the reviews and decided to try this local dining area for breakfast while I wait for our tennis team to start their afternoon play. I ordered the Hot Chicken Biscuit, Mushroom Cobbler w/biscuit, one side with scrambled eggs and a coffee. Everything was delicious! I do not like a regular creamer, my only suggestion is that they also add and offer nuts or soy creamer or milk. The interior is front and while you go rear, the open seating arrangement is beautiful. And I also enjoyed the pictures! I hope I remember the names right, Trisha (watched my order and helped me get what I wanted right) and Franklin (maintaining my food at my table) were both nice.
TL;DR, get the Gravy Train, thank you later. Friends. We came here because the name is sweet and it had a good rating. We thought it was just good cookies and Gravy. We were wrong. There are no words to describe how much better these are than “good”. We ordered the Gravy train because “mushroom chowder” was too fascinating to go up. What we got was a breakfast that reduced us to close our eyes with every bite, to eat with our hands like animals and to drink gravitation from the cups like shots. There are apparently champagne in the mushroom engraving (I asked), so it is appropriate. First of all, these cookies burden gravity. They're 4-5 inches tall. You're so fluffy, I could die. I've never seen that before. And the severity. Well, some of the repeatable things said about the engraving were: “I could bathe in it” and “This is the best I have ever put in my mouth.” When we came out of the cookie to steal, we drank the gravitation from the cups. The room is also super cool with funky artwork and I would have more to say if I hadn't been so busy finding a way to marry a cookie. If they had latte, I'd just move in.
Okay... I knew this place was well based on previous reviews, but come on. The cookie is ineffective. I got the hot chicken biscuit (what he said was the most popular) and it was ineffective. I've only been living in the Southeastern part of the USA for a few years, but I'm trying everywhere I go, roasted chicken. I expected the cookie to steal the show, but the chicken was incredible. It came out so fast. Many outdoor seating. This place is worth every 5-star rating.
Bad Biscuit is a (slightly) hidden gem. Delicious, breakfast biscuits with eggs and breakfast Meat of your choice plus other souther breakfast staples. We sampled the bacon, egg and cheese on biscuit with a hash brown cake and side of sausage gravy all delicious. It was busy, lots of hungry folks and one register but all in all, it didn’t take that long. Worth the small wait! I saw they also had take and bake biscuits for the road may have to hit that up next time! Make sure to make the stop!
