Fish Casual Coastal Seafood

The only issue I have with this place is when a customer has a disability . My husband is on his 4th bout with Cancer. He could Only swallow crab legs throat cancer, I made this clear to staff...no sides at all. I ask to knock off the price of sides. This could have easily been done(they have price of sides on menu). Did a manager come talk to us about this, NOPE! If he had come and at least acknowledged our request this review would have been totally different. It seems from his lack of response, that this place will not accommodate people with disabilities.With they being said, my husband said the crab legs were great.

The food was good and hot.It was my first time there and I enjoyed the atmosphere. They had live music too.I have never been to Hilton Head. I wasn't disappointed.

Awesome location and fun vibe! We sat down for a Friday evening dinner service outside. They had a live band and the food was great. I will say, we had just missed the all you can eat crab legs until 4pm (I believe it was around 5 when we got there), my husband ordered a seafood boat and the crab legs were definitely over cooked and hard to removed the meat from the legs. Nothing too serious but probably coming off the tail end of an all-you-can eat special I 'm sure that had something to do with it. We would still go back!

Watched a man fall to his back after one of their cheap plastic chairs broke. The waitress was extremely kind and apologetic. However, the owner or manager basically told them to suck it up, buttercup. Nothing was done to offer to help the man. We overheard some of the staff telling that couple that the chairs hadn't been replaced in years since they've been working. For a place like this, I would expect chairs to be able to hold customers and for the management to be able to comp a meal should that happen, at the very least. Very unprofessional from management. Thankfully their waitress was caring for them

We went to Fish just for the unlimited lunch crab legs. The fries and slaw were great. The crab legs were cooked right and they were hot. We did get our moneys worth and both got two servings each. We did not have to chase anyone down to get the second serving. The women’s bathroom could have used a little sprucing up since the wall between the mirror was peeling but nothing about the food or service was less than good.
