Bidra med feedbackThe service was prompt, and our order was correct. Although the dining area was small, it was well-kept. My sister-in-law needed to use the restroom, but the women's bathroom was locked, and a male employee came out of it. When my son went to the men's restroom, we found out why—the men's bathroom was in poor condition! He described it as awful and noted that it had a terrible odor. On a positive note, the women's restroom was clean. We just happened to stop here on our way to our destination, and since we’re not local, I’m not sure if this is the usual standard.
The food was outstanding and incredibly fresh! I'm so happy we decided to drop by BK for lunch.
I had a terrible experience with the service! The staff were rude and seemed to be in a bad mood. I used to love Burger King until I visited this location. I do not recommend the Burger King in Hillsborough, NC. I have friends from Hillsborough who have had similar experiences.
I waited 30 minutes, only to have our order mixed up twice. The person in front of us was completely forgotten and never received their meal. The staff appeared to be disorganized and lacking in competence.
This place is incredibly disappointing. The employees failed to take our orders, and despite there being a long line of about ten customers, only one of the four employees inside was cooking. Everyone was getting frustrated with how slow the service was. I can't recommend this Burger King, and I won’t be returning. It was a terrible experience with a group of young employees who seemed to have no idea what they were doing.
