Bidra med feedbackI had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I found flies in my food and was not offered a refund, and just 20 minutes after leaving, I ended up getting sick. I'm really disappointed, especially since my boyfriend loves this place. To elaborate, when I first noticed the fly, the server offered me a new spoon. But then I discovered more flies in my actual bowl. When I tried to address the issue at the front counter, the woman there told me she couldn't issue a refund because she wasn't the owner. I hadn't even finished my meal—there was still a full plate left, as shown in the photo I took. I ended up paying $50 for this experience. I'm not sure if I got sick because of the food or out of embarrassment, but I was definitely feeling hungry and upset. Finding two flies and being told I couldn't get a refund just isn't right. As someone who works in customer service, I found this whole situation to be very disappointing.
The food was excellent, and the service was quick.
