Cool Beans Cafe - Hillsboro

I wish I could have a good review because this place was a small business and very nice, but the service and the food was not good. the crushed chicken on my sandwich was muddy and cold in stains. the taste and the broth were okay. I hope that the guy who took our order had only a bad day because he was very unfriendly. all the others screamed, laughed and stood around in the kitchen. a woman in the lobby must interrupt her conversation to remind her that she waited for drinks. she still hadn't had her when we were gone. overall this place seems overpriced and had a bad atmosphere.

Super great food here, and the staff is fantastic. Used cool beans for our church function, the brownies and gooey butter bars were all giant and extremely delicious. Love this place!

This place is awesome. Everything is reasonably priced, and they have the best omelets I've ever had.

Just finished my ceasar salad. If you can imagine, it was even better than it looked ??If anyone ever passes through Hillsboro MO, you gotta stop by Cool Beans Cafe ?? I'm never impressed with restaurant salads. This place is unique. It has a 4.8 star out of 5 rating on GoogleMaps. And I'm assuming that's a little low, haha!
