Great barbecue cart. Loved the fries at the Bun Intented cart. Also there is a vegetarian cart that I will have to try next time.

Today I grabbed a brisket sandwich and some amazing jalapeno pineapple slaw from chadwicks-pit.square.site. They have a food cart downtown Hillsboro. Fantastic lunch, I will for sure recommend it to friends as well as return. Thank you for a great lunch that really hit the spot.

Chadwick's Pit... just go. For 13 bucks this is where it's at. Honestly folks, if I am anywhere near here on any given day, this will be my lunch. I got the brisket and it is so good, super moist, excellent flavor. The jalapeño pineapple coleslaw is amazing, the baked beans are amazing. And you get a drink... WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR???

I was really looking forward to trying this restaurant. I drove 15 miles to get there, only to find it closed on a Saturday night at 5 PM. Despite their posted hours saying they stay open until 7 PM, they were not open. It's hard to understand how a business can survive when they advertise certain hours but don’t adhere to them, especially on a weekend night. Additionally, the parking situation didn’t look great; it seemed difficult to find a spot since it’s not really off-street. Overall, very disappointing.
