Time consuming and a clear lack of knowledge when both staff present,struggled to register my order and failed appallingly. What don 't you understand about I will have the Chorizzo Burger meal as advertised . That tasted awfully bad for my first time eating a take away version. Don’t use the self service screens here, they didn’t process my order and I paid twice before having to pay a third time at the counter. The staff were completely unhelpful even when shown proof I was charged three times for my order would not offer me a refund. It wasn’t until I visited the store again a week later I was reluctantly refunded. Service: Dine in

Ordered Gochujang rice bowl. Way too much red onions and mung beans. Brocolli was completely raw. Taste was bland . No seasoning at all. More Gochunang sauce was needed. Money wasted. Price per person: NZ$20–30 Food: 2 Service: 1
