Prairie Berry Winery - Hill City

Great experience from the start, met at entrance and explained what they do. Wine tasting was fun. Ordered a prime rib sandwich and salad , which was excellent. Sat out on patio with our dog and enjoyed our food and a glass of wine. Great place to go.

I'm looking at other reviews and seeing that they were offered a free wine tasting. Nothing was offered to us. I ordered the artichoke, spinach and chicken sandwich and that was delicious. We did purchase a couple of glasses of wine, one was sweet plum and that was very tasty, the red blend was nice as well. Nice atmosphere, and great scenery.

The rhubarb wine was the best part of our visit! The customer service and atmosphere were also great! Definitely worth stopping in.

Free wine tasting! But much more, we had Angela who was a seasonal worker and very personable- happy to share experiences as well as knowledgeable about all of the wines. Thank you Angela for taking your time with us!

The gentleman who served us some delicious wine was very nice.
