Food was good, but the trash was overflowing, tables were a mess. They seem understaffed.
I ordered my food without meat because I'm pescatarian, but they added chicken anyway and charged me for it. I had to ask them to remake my order, and when I requested a refund for the chicken, I received some attitude.
I had a disappointing experience at the restaurant. My order was over 10 minutes late, and it was frustrating to see that people who ordered after me received their meals before I did. Additionally, I noticed that none of the kitchen staff were wearing gloves.
The management here is noticeably more hands-on, and the new trainees are undergoing a sort of "boot camp." This could serve as a great mentorship and growth opportunity for the young staff, provided they are willing to persevere and develop their skills. The atmosphere is distinctly different from other locations, featuring louder, more modern music, which may appeal to those who enjoy that vibe. I can see this restaurant attracting a younger crowd. Just be ready to wait a bit longer than usual for your food until the flow of service improves.
