Toppers Pizza - Highland Heights

Donatos has been our go to for years. However, their service using Doordash is ridiculous. I ordered delivery, got a text saying it would be delivered at a specific time. When it didn't show, I followed the link in the text to check the status... where it said the order was canceled! The text came from Doordash. I called the store who said Doordash canceled it per customer request. I had no knowledge of any of this, and had I not followed that link, I wouldn't even know it was canceled. The clerk at the store was unapologetic and defensive. I just wanted to fix it and order again, but he told me to go elsewhere and hung up. I then started a chat with Doordash, who gave me further runaround and blamed it on Donatos. You guys need to get your act together.

Honestly 2 stars might be too high after my experience tonight. But the food is always good. That’s why I gotta give them that. But it was cold by the time I got home. Like I knew it would be. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
