Ben Nevis Takeaway - Highland

I was extremely disappointed with my takeout experience tonight. I will not be returning and I do not recommend this place. It's such a shame because it used to be a lovely restaurant.

We decided to get takeout instead of trying to make a reservation at a restaurant. We requested delivery to our hotel. We spent £71.50 on food for four people, which included pizzas, fish and chips, and two extra portions of chips. After waiting for three hours, we still had not received our order. When we tried to call the restaurant, the phone was off the hook. When the food finally arrived, it was lukewarm. At that point, I was so hungry that I would have eaten anything, including my partner's leg. The delivery driver quickly left without apologizing. The service was absolutely terrible.

The service was excellent and the pizza was delicious. I highly recommend this place and would visit again if I was in Fort William.

Even though they were busy the staff couldn't have been nicer! Quick service, tasty food. Definitely recommend garlic bread as a side

Ordered on just eat was missing juice and curry sauce, you get a very small bit of fish and a tiny amount of chips, pizza was burnt, they came back out with the juice and curry sauce a hour later this is a joke no wonder they have 2 star on here AVOID
