Bidra med feedbackThis place is NOT prepared to be a touristic stop by. There was almost no food (and it was 12pm!!! , and whatever was there looked and tasted awful. Service is extremely slow and inneficient. The only reason I had to go to this place is due to the tour I was in, so I had no other options as we had only 40 min there. So, if you are not obligated to go there (by the tour guide , DONT GO,
Stopped for a coffee and a traybake asked if they were Gluten free was told yes 2 bites and realised they were not gluten free also some staff not wearing masks
This used to be a wonderful venue for meals and shopping but lately has declined drastically. Well understaffed although the staff there are nice. I visited for breakfast, arriving at the usual time of 9am, only to find a sign on the door stating that due to staff shortages we will not open till 10am. Meaning I had to wait in the rain for an hour as there was nowhere else that I knew of. If they can open at 10, what is wrong with opening an hour earlier? I visited again a month later, this time arriving at 10am, and entered the restaurant to be confronted with a sign indicating that due to staff shortages we will not be serving breakfast. This place needs to get its act together, or they will lose much trade, mine included
A tired place which is dull and old fashioned. Nothing to shout about at all, the food in the cafe is average quality nothing to shout about. Staff friendly and helpful. The place is clean but we wouldn’t visit again, a bit of a let down
Used toilet facilities first clean but desperately need an upgrade. Had a bacon sandwich and coffee in the restaurant. Good value not the best quality but for price we were very happy. Really lovely staff working in there. Whisky Shop so overpriced. Don't buy anything in there you'll get cheaper and possible even a better selection at the supermarkets. We purchased a bottle of whiskey (can't recall which as it's not my tipple), for £48. It was £35 in the local offy. Lots of tourist tatt great if you're in a rush to buy something but most of it is overpriced.
