Around 9.10am to 9.20am on 30/11 we ordered two brekky meals one with a decaf coffee and one with a juice. As we got to the drinks part, the girl who was taking our order put us on hold and served a red car that had just appeared in the second lane, then came back to finish our order. That same red car went ahead of us and did not stop to pay at the pay window to pay. The girl had had trouble with our drinks order and I restarted a decaf coffee and juice as I saw a weak coffee on the order, she acknowledged the order. I asked the girl, who had dark hair worn in a plait why she had stopped serving us to serve the other car and she said no particular reason and then after I enquired further she claimed she hadn 't served her (with attitude). We paid and went forward to pick up our order, and were given a weak coffee . I asked if it was decaf as it was ordered for someone with a heart condition who cannot have caffeine. They said it was not decaf, that they did not do decaf and (with attitude) replaced the drink with a second juice. I repeated decaf coffee multiple times, and was really unimpressed that was not addressed by the first girl, I was really unimpressed that our order was suspended for someone who came after us. I also had concerns after seeing that car didn 't pay. The brekky order should have been pleasant and not served with a side of attitude. HJs should also know to offer decaf. These are the reasons for 2 stars. Food: 3 Service: 1
