I just received the most horrendous burger from Hungry Jack's—burnt to a crisp! The bun looked like it was fished out of a bonfire. How on earth does anyone serve this and call it food? This isn't a gourmet experience; it's a charcoal disaster. I Don’t really buy Hungry Jacks but was in the area, Got two burger combos, Royale chicken and a peppercorn Angus burger. The Royale chicken burger bun was burnt and inedible wasn’t very impressed at all. The Angus burger was good though. The service attitude really needs to be improved. I went to the store a while ago and I stood in the ordering area for a long time because I saw them playing and having fun in the store. When they saw me, they pushed a colleague over to order. The girl was very arrogant and looked at her from time to time. The colleague next to me makes me feel quite uncomfortable.
