Pancho Villas Mexican - High Point

Our waiter was good, food was decent. The hostess with the AK-47 chain is not suited to work with people. Was not greeted, completely rude to our questions. Then had an attitude problem when she checked us out too. Been coming here for a long time butthis will be the last. Ill make sure us and everyone we know go across the street to La Hacienda. I see there are several otherreviews addressing her attitude but, you?ve not done anything to change it. I?ve noticed your parking lot is starting to thinout so, I guess others feel the same way!!

This review is somewhat unconventional. The food here is outstanding, featuring ingredients that are consistently fresh and flavorful. However, I did notice that the lunch ACP Supremo is the same size as the dinner ACP Supremo, which costs about $3 more. Neither option comes with tortillas. In contrast, Laha Cienda, located across the street, offers a smaller lunch Peluza (which is similar to the ACP Supremo), but the dinner portion is the same size and includes tortillas, all at slightly lower prices. While Pancho Villas' prices are higher compared to Laha Cienda, the quality of the food is definitely better. Overall, if you're seeking lunch before 3 PM, I recommend Pancho Villas. However, for dinner after 3 PM, you should consider Laha Cienda. It would be nice if Pancho Villas included tortillas with their ACP options given their pricing. Nevertheless, the quality and freshness of the food are excellent.

The service was prompt and accompanied by cheerful smiles. The food was absolutely delightful!

Our server was excellent, and the food was decent. However, the hostess wearing an AK-47 chain was not appropriate for a customer-facing position. We didn't feel welcomed, and she was rather rude when we asked her questions. Her demeanor was also unpleasant when we checked out. As a long-time customer, this will be my last visit. My friends and I will be heading to La Hacienda from now on. I've noticed several other reviews mentioning similar concerns about her attitude, yet it seems like nothing has been done about it. I've also seen your parking lot becoming less crowded, which might indicate that others share the same feelings!

The food is prepared in no time, the service is outstanding, and the jumbo margarita is absolutely worth it!
