The staff was friendly and very helpful. The yogurt was fantastic with a wide variety of flavors! They also have outdoor seating available if you prefer to enjoy your yogurt outside instead of sitting indoors.

The staff was neither friendly nor welcoming at all. My son had won a competition at school and received a free cup and t-shirt as a reward. They had to call someone for assistance when we tried to redeem it. My son, my daughter, and I each made our bowls, but by the time they figured out how to process our payment, our bowls had already melted. When we arrived, we presented the certificate and were told to go ahead and make our cups.

I absolutely love Sweet Frog! I understand now why they treat their customers with such kindness and warmth—they're a Christian-owned business. I really enjoy many of the flavors, but my favorite has to be the sorbet. I can never resist getting a little bit of everything I like. By the time I reach the register, my cup is quite heavy, so I skip the toppings. I visit as often as my budget allows. They have a great rewards program; after making ten trips, you get a free treat!

When I arrived, the staff member kindly asked to confirm my ID before returning my item, which I truly appreciated. It was reassuring to see that she did not simply hand over my belongings without verification. I am extremely thankful for her integrity and honesty.

My wife and I visit this place for frozen yogurt every so often. We enjoy trying different flavors and toppings each time. What really makes it special is that you can load up on any topping you like without restrictions. My daughters also enjoy it; they usually have a small serving of frozen yogurt topped with gummy butterflies. It's the perfect spot for customization! The restaurant is always clean, and the staff is friendly and attentive. We will definitely be returning!
