Fast, good food. Fresh fries. Very professional at the drive thru.

I run the roads a lot, and checkers is usually a nice snack lunch. I like the chili dog 2 for deal. The new higher prices are not checkers fault. Thx Joe Biden. The drive thru usually moves along quickly. My 1st time here , but usually true at checkers locations.

They 're my go to for fast food, specifically their 2 for $5 double chicken sandwiches double Checker burger with cheese! The afternoon weekday food tends to be higher quality than when they get slammed during the evening weekends, but they are ~very~ good about fixing any mistakes that happen. Their parking lot pavement is sketchy in need of repairs, so make sure to drive slowly!

This is by far one of the worst checkers I’ve ever been to. I love checkers and will continue to visit them as often as I can. However, this locations is CONSTANTLY closed, at 7 pm and earlier. Most of the time they will still be smoking in the parking lot when I attempt to go here. Everyday it changes, when they are open, you’d be lucky to only wait 15 minutes and end up with “warm” food. It’s crazy to me that they are allowed to run their location this way. And it’s been so since I moved to hickory back in august of 20. You should fire the entire staff and hire willing employees who will turn a profit for your location, because obviously it’s not at this time.

The fries are amazing! This was a 5 star review from me at the time... I today wanted to express my disappointment about how the line was managed, we were 2 cars away from ordering and someone came out and put a sign between cars (the car that was ordering and the next up) and went to walk away without saying anything. The lady in the vehicle after the sign asked are yall closed and the person said yes and walked away. The website says 8pm closing, we were there at 7:17, if they needed to closed because of short staff or beef outage they should have let us know, not just walked away.
