You do not listen to your order so that they finally weong

Really bad experience, service of management was terrible. My order was wrong, the manager at the service was really bad, I don't think she knows anything about customer service. I came here to buy food, and I think thanks to us consumers have a job. I honestly did nothing wrong in fact they told me to park in the parking lot while my food was done so that they don't stop the ride thru and I came out my car and went in to gag it so they don't have to go all the way to my car and they still treat me badly! She cried to all staff. I honestly don't understand!!! Will not recommend this place.

I call this superb place many times since I love the good air that is unique to this restaurant. The crew is extraordianrillyremarkably friendly and skilfull. The service is impressively quick. Not to mention, the food they prepare is perfect. I frequent more than once and I was never disappointed. The pay is reasobable. I recommend this restaurant to to everybody.

A LATIN MALE EMPLOYEE WAS VERY RUDE TO ME IN THE LOBBY THIS MORNING AS I WAS PREPARING MY COFFEE IN THE LOBBY HE RUDELY DISREPECTFULLY TOLD ME TO GET OUT OF THE RESTUARANT.. THERE WERE NO SIGNS THAT THE LOBBY WAS CLOSED IF THEY DIDNT WANT ANYONE INSIDE THEY SHOULD OF HAD A SIGN UP.. I DO NOT APPRECIATE THAT TYPE OF SERVICE... HE NEEDS TO HAVE SOME TYPE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE CLASS... I WILL BE BACK AT THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN AND I WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE I KNOW TO VISIT THIS FRANCHISE.. RESPECT AND COURTESY SHOULD BE THIS STORE 1 RULE.. MY MONEY IS TOO GOOD FOR MCDONALDS AT THIS HIALEAH LOCATION... PERIOD
