Showed up at 8.40 pm and they said they was closed for the day when the restaurant says open till 9pm unprofessional

I was excited to try the tamales but when I got them they were extremely salty, overly oily and the consistency was watery.

Almost a nice experience considering the where it is located. Place looks clean and selection is limited but not short of the staples Cuban cuisine. Staff at least greet you a plus on nowadays. Their specialty are Tamales with different choices; Which at this time I didn’t went for it. Instead I have Short ribs that look good, but only 2 pieces ration was told rudely by a young lady staff and at $12 I should expect it at least 3 pieces of the bone in short ribs. The two missing stars are for the ridiculous cheap plastic utensils that they provide. Had to hand held the meat and suffer with the Moros and Boniato with the fragile fork knife. The other missing star is and odd one the faucet water is Scalding in both settings which usually most places shut the hot water . Over all when I’ll be in the area probably will revisit again. And compare to next famous Deli.

My boyfriend ordered some food and tamales and it was horrible, there were also flies all over the food?

Tamales are big and delicious the pork very juice, I recommended.
