Honestly I don’t really do reviews cause I work customer service and I understand that it’s hard but I’m not rude to customers it’s disappointed to come to a store and the person serving my food throwing my bag slamming my food that I paid for with my earned money don’t come here the people are extremely rude I asked for a manager that lady got mad at me screamed at me and said get up and come speak to me in a loud tone I did not entertain her because she scared me and I do not like arguing with people that are handling my food but I felt extremely sad about my food being slammed as if I was not a paying customer

Extremely rude customer slammed my food they can rewind camera to see how she slammed my food jan 19/2024 the lady was extremely rude felt picked on and they were laughing at me racism in this establishment this lady is horrible they should work better customer service the customers is always right she called my order then slammed it and I wish you rewind the camera and see if cause this is disgusting to treat people this way while I’m a paying customer

I came in today and the women was very rude and started laughing at me and I felt targeted and it’s sad cause I love tropical and I go almost everyday on my break.

Love this tropical smoothie location mid morning/afternoon shift usually rocks hard as it seems as though they understand complex orders and can provide recommendations on the fly they'll even put a straw INTO your bag for you!Early morning are ONLY good for happy hour $2 off smoothies before 10am daily) if you try to get the $1.99 smoothie deal w/ the purchase of a wrap it seems as though the cashier isn't aware of the right way to process this not a big deal, but management should be made aware so that adequate training can happen. Not that hard to put a straw in the bag.Overall, a great experience.

I walked in here for the first time today and will definitely be coming back!When I walked in, the woman that greeted me was very warm and welcoming (she could've been a supervisor or owner). I told her it was my first time and she helped me with deciding what to order. On top of that she gave me a complimentary smoothie to try! You can't beat that!!I ordered the Island Green smoothie which is delightful! So tasty but also feels like you're doing something good for yourself. I saw her blend in the greens with my own eyes and it didn't taste like veggies at all. The complimentary smoothie was called a Mango Monsoon. Now I'm not sure why this isn't served all year around because it is soooooo delicious. It's soft and creamy if that makes sense. Only thing it was missing was rum!! Just kidding!Onto the Caribbean j chicken wrap. It was fresh and flavorful but definitely didn't taste like any j was in it. That doesn't bother me though now that I know and I would order it again. It was large enough to fill me up.What's also nice it's that you get a side with the wrap which can be chips or fruit. I really appreciated that!!
