Wendy's - Hesperia

Everytime I come to this location during the day and this manager is working(short dark haired heavy set male)service is horrible. They can't take a simple order without mistakes, and they take multiple orders at the 2nd speaker but there is a line at the 1st one. They aren't paying attention and they don't care.

Also, it's annoying that I got hotdogs but no napkins. I just wanted to eat comfortably. I left with the feeling that the staff might be undertrained or perhaps mistreated, which is reflected in their demeanor, especially after that sigh. It just didn’t feel professional. If they know they’re making customers wait, the least they could do is provide the extra sauces in the bag without making it an ordeal. It should be straightforward and well thought out.

I had a frustrating experience at this restaurant. I ordered a child's meal for my daughter, but they mistakenly gave her a regular meal instead. Not only that, but it didn't even come with a drink, and the chicken nuggets were missing! They really need to have staff who pay attention to customer orders. I usually don’t write reviews, but this situation has left me so upset that I felt compelled to share my experience.

I had a wonderful experience at the restaurant. I had some important papers to handle and a lot on my mind, but they provided the peace and calm I needed to focus on my tasks. The staff was polite, the place was very clean, and the food was delicious.

Wendy's has the best chili and the food is always fresh and delicious. The service is fast with a very nice staff. The dining room is clean and well organized and the drive through is the way to go if you're in a hurry. There is a reason why Wendy's has been around for so many years. Very good food at a reasonable price.
