Brooker’s Founding Flavors Ice Cream

There are so many flavors available that it's tough to choose just one! We've been fortunate that every time we've visited, it's been relatively empty. I appreciate that they have water available for customers, so you don't need to ask for it. The atmosphere is very casual, reminiscent of a typical ice cream shop. It is a bit on the pricey side, so we don’t go often, but it’s a great spot for a special celebration or a night out.

My husband wanted to take our nieces and nephews from Utah and Idaho to try the Liberty Bell ice cream, which consists of 13 scoops of ice cream topped with a variety of toppings. The experience was chaotic and a bit messy, but a lot of fun! Even with all of us there, we could hardly finish all the ice cream. It's definitely worth it for a large group looking for a memorable experience. The staff was incredibly patient, and I think they enjoyed our lively presence.

Brokers Founding Flavors is a one-of-a-kind ice cream shop inspired by the founders of our country. My family absolutely loved the ice cream, particularly the flavors named after Patrick Henry and Paul Revere. Everyone in our group enjoyed those selections immensely!

I had an exceptional and delightful experience at Brookers. The staff was well-dressed in their stylish pants and hats, which truly added to the ambiance. I felt like I had stepped onto the Mayflower! The atmosphere was fantastic, and a charming young man provided excellent service. I would highly recommend this place. Thank you, and good night!

I ordered through DoorDash, but my delivery arrived without any spoons, making it unusable for us. I called the manager to express my concern, but she said there was nothing she could do and didn't seem to care. I'm really disappointed with the customer service.
