Dunkin' - Herndon

This Dunkin' Donuts location is the worst I've been to. The employees move slowly and seem distracted. I witnessed one worker stop to check her phone and another worker refused to change gloves after touching their phone. The store is very small and I doubt they can handle an influx of customers. I recommend avoiding this location, as it shouldn't take 10 minutes to get a simple black coffee.

We hadn't been to this restaurant in a few years, but we were happy to find that the staff were still warm and friendly. The coffee was delicious and just how we liked it. This Dunkin' location definitely got it right.

This is a newer version of a chain restaurant with a tap coffee bar. The major downside is that the air conditioning is broken, so it is always 100 degrees inside.

My friend ordered a butter beer bc he thought he was in hogwarts (they had not). Of course he will never return to this institution again. my ice cream was delish! I'll be back tomorrow

It's quite small and short on people, but they get the job done.
